Return & Refund Policy
At Lola My Love, we prioritize your satisfaction. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be unused, in the original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for certain products such as gift cards, intimate items, or custom orders.
Non-returnable items include:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
• Intimate products (e.g., lingerie, personal care items)
• Custom or personalized items
• Hazardous materials or flammable items
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, contact us at hello@lolamylove.com with your order number and reason for the return. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived after the processing period:
1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at hello@lolamylove.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be sent to the purchaser.
Processing Time
Processing times may vary depending on where you live. Once we have approved and received your return, any exchanges or refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
